1. In silicone rubber, white carbon black will react in silicone rubber. For general silicone rubber, ordinary ultra-fine materials are required, while for high-quality silicone rubber, products with low iron content (such as yellow or red due to high iron content) are required. Low iron products with high oil absorption value and large specific surface area are the top choice, as they can better react with silicone rubber raw materials.
2. For plastic and plastic products, it is best to require products with a large specific surface area and high oil absorption value, and it is best to modify them. This way, the resulting products are wear-resistant, aging resistant, have good transparency, and maintain the natural color of the pigment.
3. Hard rubber pads require white carbon black with low surface area and low oil absorption value.
4. Toothpaste friction agents also require ultra-fine products with low specific surface area and low oil absorption value; For toothpaste thickeners, high specific surface area and high oil absorption value are required. Some people use the intermediate product of the two as a mixed additive, which is not advisable.
5. For absorbent silica, such as in diapers, high oil absorption products are needed to better absorb urine and replace absorbent resins. When using, the air in the white carbon black powder should be extracted to compress the volume.
